Online Therapy for Trauma, Anxiety & Relationships

1
Trauma Therapy & EMDR
Trauma can show up as anxiety, trouble sleeping, feeling on edge, or strong reactions to reminders of the past. Sometimes it's one painful event. Other times it's years of stress, emotional neglect, or feeling like you always had to be the strong one.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, eight-phase approach that helps your brain process difficult memories so they lose their emotional charge. We start by building coping skills, so you feel safe and grounded, then move at your pace. EMDR works effectively online, using on-screen eye movements or self-tapping from the comfort of your home.

Anxiety and Depression
Constant worry, racing thoughts, low mood, or feeling exhausted even when life looks fine on the outside can all wear you down. Many of my clients are high-functioning: they keep showing up for work and family while feeling overwhelmed inside.
Using evidence-based tools like CBT, we'll identify what's driving how you feel, challenge the thought patterns keeping you stuck, and build practical skills you can use between sessions.
3
Emotional Regulation
Stress from work, family, relationships, or finances can keep your nervous system stuck in fight, flight, or shutdown. You might notice quick reactions you later regret, feeling numb, or struggling to calm down after something upsetting.
Through body-based regulation exercises, you'll learn to recognize what's happening in your body and settle it, so you can respond to stress with more calm and clarity instead of reacting on autopilot.

Couples and Family Therapy
Rebuild communication, trust, and connection. For couples, I draw on the Gottman Method to help you understand conflict patterns, repair after arguments, and strengthen friendship and intimacy. For families, I use techniques from Functional Family Therapy (FFT) to improve communication and reduce conflict at home.
Sessions are structured and goal-focused, helping you break conflict cycles and build healthier relationships.
