Hi, I'm Zee. I'm a licensed clinical social worker providing online therapy to adults, teens, couples, and families in Texas, Minnesota, and South Dakota.
My path into this work began in crisis intervention, juvenile justice, and medical social work, where I saw firsthand how trauma and stress shape people's lives. Those experiences taught me that healing isn't one-size-fits-all, and that everyone deserves care that's compassionate, practical, and built around them.
Today, I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches like EMDR and CBT to help clients work through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I've had the privilege of working with more than 500 clients.
