About Me
My name is Zebiba Zere "Zee"
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Dakota and have nearly a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate healing and growth. My background includes providing Functional Family Therapy and conducting assessments for adolescents in the juvenile justice system. I’ve also taught seminars and led educational panels on diversity and mental health at universities across South Dakota, mentoring future clinicians and mental health professionals.

I take a structured and evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from multiple modalities to meet each client’s needs. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Gottman Method for couples, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for managing anxiety and intrusive thoughts. I also specialize in Borderline Personality Disorder and nervous system regulation, helping clients desensitize physical symptoms tied to trauma and somatic experiences. Currently, I offer online therapy and provide same-day or after-hours crisis sessions when needed. My goal is to help people understand their minds and bodies, build emotional stability, and create a life that feels both grounded and fulfilling.
